By submitting this membership application, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions of Sherpas of South India.

Valid Documents

All members must carry a valid driving licence and vehicle documents with them while participating in club rides and activities.

Safety Equipment

Approved helmets and appropriate safety gear must be worn during all rides and activities.

Traffic Laws

All applicable traffic laws and road regulations must be strictly obeyed at all times.

Group Riding Discipline

Members must follow the designated riding format, route, signals, instructions, and group discipline during official rides.

Alcohol & Substance Use

Riding under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited.

Vehicle Roadworthiness

Members must ensure that their vehicles are regularly serviced, properly maintained, and roadworthy before participating in rides.

Emergency Procedures

In the event of an emergency, accident, breakdown, or other unforeseen situation, members must immediately follow the club's notification and emergency procedures.

Nature of the Club

Sherpas of South India is a community primarily formed for organized group rides, social interaction, and related activities. Personal, private, or unofficial trips are outside the scope of official club activities. Members are responsible for their own decisions, conduct, vehicles, and safety during such activities.

Conflict of Leadership Roles

Members holding administrative or leadership positions in other riding clubs must disclose such involvement. Where such involvement creates a conflict with Sherpas of South India activities, the club may review the membership and take appropriate action.

Conduct & Disciplinary Action

Members must not engage in conduct that harms the reputation, interests, safety, unity, or activities of the club. Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Instructions from Administrators

Members must strictly follow reasonable instructions given by administrators, ride leaders, or designated officials during official club rides and activities, with safety and the well-being of all participants as the priority.

Personal Responsibility

Each member is responsible for their own vehicle, personal belongings, health, safety, and conduct during club activities and must participate only when fit and properly prepared.

Membership & Club Decisions

Sherpas of South India reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate membership in accordance with its rules and applicable requirements. Members may be asked to discontinue participation in an activity where their conduct or circumstances create a safety or disciplinary concern.
